A small, nasty-smelling cave(e)<br>

You stand in a small cave.  The ceiling is only four or five feet off the ground and the cave is about ten feet in diameter.  As you look about you notice an area where some old dirty rags have been bunched together to form some kind of bedding.  In the farthest corner from the bedding you notice a dark pile that lets off a stench that makes you ill.<br>
The only obvious exit is east.<br>
