You wander into the Bywater mailroom.  You can 'register' to get a box and then send and receive mail here.  A tall hobbit stands behind the counter writing away with quill and ink.  He looks up, smiles, and says "Hullo!  What can I do for you?"<br>
The only obvious exit is south.<br>
