The castle guards' barracks(n)
This must be the castle guards' barracks. It is a single large room, perhaps forty paces wide by twenty deep. Three lines of simple bunks run from east to west, two along the walls and one right through the center of the room. Beside each bunk is a small table; all have simple clay wash basins on them. The bunks are neatly made. In fact, the entire room is clean and orderly. Beneath each bunk is a wooden foot locker. You assume this is where the guards keep their personal belongings.
The north door is open.
The only obvious exit is north.
