This is a very sparse room, and seems to serve a function as opposed to being decorative.  The cot in the corner suggests this is the bedroom, though by the stench you think it is closer to an orc hole.  There is a dresser against one wall, which looks as though it has seen better days.  There is also a basin to wash in, though currently it is dry, and you doubt that the occupant has ever been inclined to use it.  The entire room is a bit dark, since only one small window is provided to let in light.<br>
The only obvious exit is west.<br>
