A side street(n and e)<br>

The side street turns abruptly here, leading off to the east and north.  You stand near a corner of the city wall, which blocks passage to the west and south.  The wall continues high and strong in both directions.  The road seems to get darker to the east.<br>
The only obvious exits are north and east.<br>
