This crude tent has been set up just off the side of the street by one of Sauron's units.  An easterling stands amid a huge stack of mail and messages, doing his dim-witted best to get the right items to the right people.  If you think you will be in the area a while, you can 'register' to receive your mail here...for a nominal fee.<br>
The only obvious exit is south.<br>
