The Rimsilval Council Chambers(library, s, w and ne)<br>

You have entered the Rimsilval council room, a huge square table fills the center of the room, and a well crafted throne is at one end of the table. Pictures of wizards adorn the room's walls, and there is a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. On the northern wall is a large board, where private messages can be placed.  A guard stands in the corner of the room.<br>
There is a sign attached to the wall.<br>
The only obvious exits are library, south, west and northeast.<br>
